To learn more about this year's exciting contests/ prizes go to the following website: www.rcgagolfforthecure.ca. Last year the funds raised nationally were $660,000 involving 14,454 participants. Prize donations are greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the VB Golf Club or at my cottage at #1 Juniper (corner of Juniper and Pine). Sherill Zellis

The Ladies Golf Tournament will be held on Wed. July 29th with two tee times - 8:30 am and 11:30 am. Registration fee is $12.00; $2.50 of which will go directly to breast cancer support and information programs in Manitoba. Registration begins on July 1st at the VB Golf Club. This will be the 5th year that the VB Ladies are involved with "Golf Fore the Cure" event.
