The R. M. of Victoria Beach is working on the establishment of a Development Plan for the Municipality. A preliminary report has been produced with the assistance of MB Local Government - Community Planning and planning students from the University of Manitoba. There will be an opportunity for consultation with community stakeholders once a draft Development Plan has been prepared, probably sometime in 2011.
